Dyeing Process

The two common stages for wool dyeing is right after washing . If the wool is dyed after it is spun into yarn then it is referred to as yarn dyed.

Weaving Process

Washing process

The best method of cleaning carpets is usually steam cleaning, which removes over 90% of dirt and bacteria from carpeting.

Stretching process

Once the carpet is washed ,it goes for stretching and if a carpet is not stretched properly then during installation, the carpet can develop wrinkles

Hand Carving

Carving is the process of cutting a groove into carpet pile to create a three dimensional effect.
